Our real estate journey began over 20 years ago as investors, first in residential properties, then expanding into brokerage services. Over time, our goals evolved, and we transitioned into commercial real estate, where we found greater alignment with our vision for wealth creation and impact.

Though Carlos is also a Captain for a major U.S. airline, our shared passion led us to launch a brokerage and consulting firm originally known as Let’s Fly Realty.

As our mission grew beyond borders, we rebranded to LET’S FLY CREW,
Commercial Real Estate Worldwide, to reflect both our global reach and team-driven approach.

And yes, the name is a nod to our aviation background. Because whether in the air or in real estate, you need the right CREW to fly the mission.

CARLOS COLOMA, CCIM

Aviation Expert Turned Commercial Real Estate Leader A Madrid-born professional with dual mastery, Carlos holds a BS of Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and 25 years of aviation experience, including 23 years as an airline captain.

What began as a real estate hobby evolved into a distinguished investment career. Leveraging two decades of CRE success, Carlos now leads Let's Fly Realty & Let's Fly Advisors —recently rebranded as

Let's Fly CREW (Commercial Real Estate Worldwide) —guiding a team of dedicated professionals in delivering global commercial property solutions.

BRENDA COLOMA, CCIM

Real Estate Expert & Educator Born in Mexico, Brenda has lived in Dallas-Fort Worth for 35 years. With a Biology degree and Texas teaching certification, she spent 10 years as a bilingual/ESL educator before transitioning to real estate in 2013.

Driven by her passion for helping others achieve financial freedom through real estate, Brenda became a top producer with 200+ closed transactions. In 2020, she partnered with her husband Carlos Coloma to expand their brokerage and consulting firm, Let's Fly CREW, focusing on commercial real estate.

Brenda's mission is to educate and empower Hispanic entrepreneurs and investors to achieve "The New American Dream" of business ownership, extending this vision globally to foreign investors. Holding prestigious CCIM and CCA designations, she's an active member of multiple professional organizations. In her free time, Brenda enjoys traveling with her family.
